Seed Terms & Conditions
General
‘Seed’ is the trading name for the loyalty club promoted by The Plant Place GC Ltd (The Plant Place). The Seed card and app remain the property of The Plant Place.
Lost or damaged cards may be replaced at the discretion of The Plant Place. There may be a small charge for this service.
The Plant Place reserves the right to terminate Seed at any time by giving three months’ notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on The Plant Place website.
Rewards & Offers
The Plant Place reserves the right to amend, substitute or cancel prizes, offers and vouchers (Rewards) at any time. All Rewards are only available whilst stock lasts. Some Rewards may have their own particular Terms & Conditions and by taking up any such Rewards, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
The rewards earned are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded category of products and can only be used as explained on the app or email.
Rewards received via app or email, in particular vouchers must be redeemed in store by the Seed member using the barcode from either the app or email.
Welcome 10% Voucher - This voucher entitles you to 10% off all full-priced items in a single transaction excluding all gift cards. The discount will be applied to the value of your eligible purchases. This voucher cannot be used on discounted items, items already on sale, or in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. This voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on your app. To redeem the voucher, it must be surrendered at the time of purchase (in-store). This voucher is a one-time use only voucher and cannot be reused. Seed Loyalty Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. This voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. Seed Loyalty Club reserves the right to cancel or deactivate the voucher in case of suspected fraud or misuse. By joining the Seed Loyalty Club and accepting this voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Prize Draw - At The Plant Place, one winner will be chosen at least 12 times a year, and we reserve the right to select more winners or increase the number of draws within a year at our discretion. The winner will be selected using a random generator. Winners will be notified via email. By participating in The Plant Place Seed Prize Draw, you acknowledge that The Plant Place may request your consent to share your winnings and photo on social media, the website, and app. You retain the right to decline such requests.
At The Plant Place, we strive to provide personalised offers and rewards tailored to your spending habits and preferences. Our commitment to maximising personalisation means that the offers and rewards you receive are based on your individual spending behavior and patterns. By participating in our rewards program (Seed), you acknowledge and agree that the offers and rewards provided are a reflection of your specific interaction with The Plant Place, and may vary from those offered to other customers. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing your experience and ensuring that the offers and rewards you receive are aligned with your personal preferences.
Eligibility
Only one Seed membership is permitted per individual.
Unless you are an employee of The Plant Place, you must be over the age of 18. The Plant Place employees, groups, charities or businesses may be excluded from certain aspects of Seed at any time.
How we may use your personal information
The Plant Place are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 – see our Privacy Policy for full details. Your personal information collected by us will be used only for the administration of Seed and to keep you updated by email and app notifications.
By joining Seed you agree to receive emails and app notifications from us about Rewards and relevant information.
Your purchase history will be used to look up receipts on your request and to send relevant information and Rewards.
Contact Preferences
1. Communication Channels:
We will primarily communicate with you regarding the Seed Loyalty Club via email. This includes sending information about:
Special offers and promotions
Exclusive sales and discounts
New product launches
Loyalty program updates and benefits
Account information and updates
Other up to date information about us or our products
2. Urgent Contact:
We may contact you by phone call or physical mail for urgent matters only. This includes situations such as:
Notifying you about winning a monthly prize draw
Addressing issues with your account or purchases
Informing you about important changes to the Loyalty Club program
However, we will only use these methods if you have consented to them within the Loyalty Club app or at point of sign up.
3. Opting Out of Communication:
You have the right to manage your communication preferences at any time. Here's how:
In-App Settings: You can turn off email communication within the Loyalty Club app under "Account” then “Details".
Email Request: You can also unsubscribe from email communication by sending us an email requesting to stop receiving such messages.
4. Minimum Contact Preference:
To ensure we can reach you for important information regarding your Loyalty Club membership, you must have at least one communication preference option enabled within the app. This allows us to contact you for essential matters even if you choose to opt-out of emails.

How to delete your APP account
Should you wish at any time to remove your details, please see below 5 simple steps to delete your Seed APP account :
Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.
Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
