The Plant Place Trade Card Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of The Plant Place Trade Card ("Card") issued by The Plant Place ("We" or "Us"). By applying for or using the Card, you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible for the Card, you must be a customer of The Plant Place and a trades person, such as a garden designer or landscaper. We may, at our discretion, accept other types of trade businesses.
2.2 You must provide the following information upon request and within seven days:
Personal information: Full name, address (including trading address, registered address, and company number, if applicable)
Contact details: Contact information for all your branches
Proof of trade: Satisfactory proof that you are a trade business
2.3 We may terminate the agreement without liability to you if the information is not provided within seven days.
3. Use of the Card
3.1 The Card is for your sole use in connection with your business and cannot be used by friends, family, or any other third party.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel the Card if it’s being used or attempted to be used by someone other than the Card holder.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel the Card if your spend over any 12-month period is less than £500 (excluding VAT).
